Norton House Fire Fund

Rachel Norton and her family had a devastating explosion in their garage that destroyed their garage and laundry room and caused extensive smoke damage to the other areas of their home. Thankfully, the couple and their two children were not home at the time and the family dog was rescued and treated for smoke inhalation. However, the house is not livable and will need significant repairs which they are estimating will take 6 months. They are grateful for their homeowners insurance which will cover many of their major expenses, but there will be many expenses they encounter along the way that they might not be anticipating. For example, they’ve already had to purchase clothing for the entire family to replace what was damaged and there was an expensive vet bill incurred for the dog, who will luckily be okay.  

Many have asked what they can do to help. Any monetary donations you’d like to contribute to help the Nortons replenish some personal items and take care of unexpected expenses would be much appreciated. Thank you all so much for your generosity!
