North Warwickshire PPC Team HOYS 18

North Warwickshire Senior Prince Phillip Cup mounted Games Team made their dreams come true, all of our 6 riders are all local riders between the ages of 11 and 14. 

On 19 August 2018 in Cheshire this team battled against over 30 teams to win the Pony Club Championships gaining them that long awaited Horse of the Year Show ticket to compete with the other 5 best Pony Club Teams in Great Britain in the Prince Phillip Cup Final on the 3-7 October at the NEC Birmingham.

For the last 5 years this team have worked tirelessly sacrificing many weekends, week days and battling all weather conditions and the highs and lows to reach their goal. Not forgetting the parents and supporters who are the driving force behind this team. Who fund, drive and look after these ponies 24/7.

Although this experience is a once in a life time dream come true for the whole of the club, there is the matter of funding all the stable, rider and the pony equipment needed for this event. Each year a team is allocated a colour; North Warwickshire have been given the mighty  yellow. With this in mind this mean that we have to make sure all of our parents, grooms, riders and most of all ponies have the matching kit replicate our team colours along with the right equipment, feed and bedding  to support the ponies throughout the week.

This Team is more than just 6 members, we need everyone to get behind the MIGHTY YELLOWS and join our exciting and emotional rollercoaster.
