North Chapel Rent Situation (Newark DE)

The situation of the NCHAP house regarding rent has been an issue every semester but none more urgent or pressing as this one. Unfortunately, we have an individual who signed the lease, and went on to never show up for the school year, and never text anyone regarding his portion of the rent, disregarding our multiple texts and calls, and we have heard nothing from him to this day. Throughout the semester, the current brothers in the house have been contributing extra money to make ends meet regarding his portion of the rent; dealing with multiple late fees, and eventually accumulating to the point of a court order. The remaining balance on our ledger is $3500, and we are trying to raise money so that our fraternity does not lose it's chapter house, that has been in our organization for 4+ years. Help us reach our goal to help out our current tenants, and to keep our chapter house. Any bit helps, and Thank you so much.
