Please join us for the 10th and final Race for Research to Cure Mesothelioma sponsored by the Norman Mass Foundation. This event has been held annually for the past 10 years in loving memory of Norman Mass, and this year will be our final event. We hope to see you there!

DATE: Sunday, October 12, 2014
TIME: 10:30am registration
LOCATION: Directly across from Tavern on the Green Restaurant in Central Park, 65th Street and Columbus Ave, New York, NY.

The event is a 1.6 mile loop around New York City's Central Park and will be done as a race and as a walk. It's always a fun event and a great way to spend a beautiful fall morning.

As this is our last event to raise funds for Mesothelioma research, please be extra generous in your donation. The suggested minimum donation for participating in the event is $50. Even if you cannot participate, your support is greatly appreciated.

Mesothelioma is an aggressive cancer affecting the membrane lining of the lungs and abdomen that is related to asbestos exposure. Currently, there is no cure for this horrible disease.

Over the past 10 years, the Norman Mass Foundation has raised over $100,000 for research on Mesothelioma. The Foundation has proudly supported research by Dr. Raja Flores, a leading expert in the study and treatment of mesothelioma and the Chief of Thoracic Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
