Noris Leukemia

Donation protected
This is my Daughter NORI MAORI. I was lost for words when she was diagnosed on December 27th 2017.  She had a nose bleed that wouldn’t stop, we had Xmas all by ourselves that year (her first Xmas). The next day I took her to the emergency room because I didn’t think she deserved to spend Xmas in the hospital. I went in thinking she would maybe get meds and a shot because she’s a baby, I didn’t even know babies could get cancer. We spent 10 hours in the emergency room, they kept running tests, till they couldn’t figure it out and sent us to an actual children’s hospital. I knew it was something serious but I wasn’t expecting cancer. Even when we got there into her room the late night doc told me “worse case scenario she has cancer” I threw that idea right out of my head because hey it’s worse case scenario right? It’s probably something else I thought, we didn’t get results till 7pm the next day, December 27th 2017 the doctor took us to our new room and told me it was looking like leukemia. I didn’t hear a word after that. I was in shock, it was just me and my baby. I didn’t even have my phone because I didn’t have a charger, I used the room phone and called my mom, she called everyone and they came and they showed support. The hospital was her second home for most of last year. But finally she made it to maintenance in November of 2018. Which is less intense treatment and more time at home. She was only going to the hospital once a month for routine treatment. I was beyond excited for my baby to finally have a semi normal life but yesterday all of that changed. I was wanting to brush her teeth but as soon as I put the toothbrush in her mouth it began to gush with blood, she had bitten her lip and had a scab so I wasn’t sure if the blood was coming from her lip or her gums. In an attempt to find out I had to try and open her mouth. she already had some bruising which I thought meant maybe her counts were low. But after I seen the blood...
