Russian River Flood Victim asking for Help

The picture shows the park my husband and I live(d) in when the Russian river came in, a week after we had recovered from an earlier flood.
The water came up so fast that we got out in the nick of time, but our car would not start and there was no time to tow it out. It got submerged under 8 feet of water..
We stayed at a motel for 6 days but now we are staying at an Airbnb that was offered for free by the host. A life saver!
So,  although we are safe and warm for now, we suffered loss of income, a car, food, and items that couldn't be saved such as propane tanks etc.
