Injured spouse with family in need

Hi my name is Michelle Freeman I am a mother to 5 amazing children ages 22,13,10,9 and 5 and a wife to an amazing husband named Todd Freeman. On June 6th  2015 my husband got badly injured on his job. He was our main source of income. It cost more for me to work with the cost of childcare than I would make. He is now unemployed. We are uninsured and were self employed. A  700lb roll of carpet fell from 7 ft off the top of a truck and landed on his right foot causing a calcaneus fracture to his heel. He is now in need of surgery involving  pins, screws, and plates. We are looking at a recovery time of 6-12 weeks and then he will still not be able to do the same type of work he only has known for the past 22 years which is construction. His doctor said this is one of the five worst breaks you can have on your body. He is bed ridden now and has to be waited on hand and foot so even if I tried to work It would have to be after he is healed. We have had to  sell all our posseions including our wedding bands just to keep gas to get to the emergency rooms take care of daily life etc. I have had to beg churches to keep our power on. We are now out of things to sell and have exhausted all our resources. We are in hopes to not lose our home and vehicles. but not looking good. We have medical bills out the  wazoo not to mention the home essentials, insurance, etc. My ten year old daughter was also just diagnosed with hypothyroidism and we were just in the beginning of taking her back and forth to doctors but with no money or vehicles that will be a hassle since her doctors and my husbands doctors are an hour away in different directions. Any help to our family to lift some of the financial, mental, and emotional stress will be highly appreciated.
