<div>2. dont la production ne sera pas vendue à Hydro-Québec mais servira à son autoconsommation. Les seules exceptions sont Rio Tinto Alcan et une papetière qui ont été négociées lors de la nationalisation de l’électricité en contrepartie d’un pacte social qui au final n’a jamais été respecté

<div>3. qui a laissé entendre qu’elle voudrait avoir le droit de vendre à des usines voisines ce qui est, pour l’instant, illégale mais qui pourrait le devenir si le ministre met à exécution ses déclarations

<div>De plus, la justification du projet de TES Canada de produire de l’hydrogène « vert » pour la transition énergétique est remise en question par de nombreux experts qui démontrent l’inefficacité énergétique de l’ensemble de la chaîne de transformation.

<div>Le 14 juin 2024, nous avons envoyé une mise en demeure à la MRC de Mékinac pour lui demander de ne pas adopter son projet de règlement intérimaire qui était trop permissif et qui ne protégeait pas son territoire et ses citoyens.

<div>Nous ramassons des fonds pour continuer nos démarches légales, mais aussi pour nous organiser sur le terrain : rencontres d'informations avec invités, achat de pancartes, envois de feuillets d'informations par la poste dans nos villages, création d'un site web, etc.

<div>Nous nous battons avec détermination car nous savons que nous sommes grandement majoritaires sur le terrain.
