We can now accept donations to fight against the ALDOT toll scheme and to retain lawyers to challenge it. There will be transparency, with donations and expenditures reported on the Alabama Secretary of State's site, "Fair Campaign Practices Act." With donations of $100 or less, the donation is reported as "unitemized" without your name. For donations over $100, your name must be listed.
