Bayside Residents for Council Accountability

Bayside City Council have not undertaken the appropriate consultation process or due diligence to relocate the Bayside Netball Centre to our narrow and already congested area. 

In what appears a covert operation, Bayside City Council have teamed up with the Victorian School Building Authority to circumvent the normal project planning and community consultation process.

Our community rallied 138 submissions in only 4 days. Council approved the project. A further 707 (approx) petitioners were rallied in the following weeks. Yet Council are still not listening. 

We must get legal advice to determine what our rights are.

We will be most affected.
We will be disappointed.
We will lose our peaceful enjoyment.
