No School= Hungry Children= No Good

Please HELP me feed a few hungry kids in Prince George’s County! Social media family. I’m coming to you with a heart felt request and or favor.
We have a group of children who will not eat during this school shut down. They will not eat because school lunch is their only resource for food. What will our children do then? It’s a serious matter. What happens when the working poor can’t work? Their kids don’t eat.
As we all continue to navigate the current developing health crisis - COVID19 on personal and professional levels there is a local impact on our community on another level.
For the last year I have provided easy to prepare meals in backpacks for less fortunate kids to take home over the weekend. I have been laid off from work due to CORONA (COVID-19) I will be unable to provide this service for at least one month. I am on bended knee asking for heartfelt donations. Let’s lessen the blow so these kids won’t feel the complete impact caused by the fear of this virus and can continue to eat at least one meal per day. Food: Non perishable items. Which can be prepared without help of an adult. Some have no access to water, or stove. It’s worse than most know.
Toiletries: Travel sizes work best, but any size is welcome. (Toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, deodorant , sanitary items for young ladies.
