<div>When OSPA Cabo Verde Cats and Dogs rehoming shelter closes for the evening, the dogs face long hours before staff return. In that time, water bowls can be tipped over, stepped in or left empty and that means no fresh water until morning.

</div>
<div>Imagine the difference…..
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>….. Every dog, in every pen, with a secure, spill proof bowl of water all night long……
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No spills.
</div>
<div>No empty bowls.
</div>
<div>Refreshment on tap.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your help we WILL make this happen during our December 2025 visit, so every dog has water through the night, every night!!
