<div>Then after a brave group of residents stood up and filed a legal challenge, the State of Georgia jumped in with high powered attorneys to fight against it’s own citizens. As the court cases continued through the LEGAL channels, the State and JDA resorted to punishment and bullying, by demanding they pay its attorney’s fees. That’s not justice — that’s intimidation. This is a warning shot to every Georgia resident: Speak up, and you’ll pay for it.
