Unexpected death of wife and mother

It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the passing of Melissa Hay of Spokane, Washington. Melissa, only 35 years old, left us very unexpectedly on November 8, 2020.  She leaves behind a devastated and grieving family consisting of the love of her life, David, a son Dayton, 15, and two daughters, Delila, 7, and Arabella, 19 months.  Family members are shocked and struggling to cope with Melissa’s sudden passing.  She was a loving, kindhearted and dedicated person.  Melissa lit up any room she walked into with her beautiful warm smile. It is apparent from all the messages of support to the family how many lives Melissa touched in her far too short time with us.  

Any donation, regardless of size, will be greatly appreciated in order to help Melissa’s family mitigate the costs of funeral expenses as well as legal fees while David continues the process of custody and adoption of Delila.  Your support will ease the financial burden during this extraordinary difficult time for the family as they navigate life going forward without Melissa.
