Um Coração para Raquel
A Raquel Bonito tem 52 anos e uma doença cardíaca hereditária - estenose subartica hipertrófica idiopática. A doença atinge um lado do coração e a Raquel usa marcapasso há mais de doze anos. São muitos anos lutando contra a doença e pela vida. A Raquel está internada há alguns meses no hospital Harefield na Inglaterra (onde mora com o esposo e a filha) e, há alguns dias, recebeu a triste notícia de que havia sido retirada da fila de transplante após uma decisão unânime do comitê de médicos do hospital Harefield. Portanto, ela precisa ser transferida urgentemente para o Brasil, em um avião hospital fretado, para que faça o transplante, pois no Brasil há chances! Seu esposo Wagnelucio já entrou em contato com médicos do hospital Einstein em São Paulo e obteve confirmação de que sua vida poderia ser salva caso ela conseguisse chegar até o Brasil e caso eles pudessem arcar com o custo do transplante, que é altíssimo.
Tendo isso em vista, pedimos sua colaboração em qualquer quantia com a qual possa ajudar! Estamos correndo contra o tempo e por isso os amigos da Raquel resolveram criar uma campanha na internet para levantar fundos. Raquel Bonito is 52 years old and has inherited heart disease - idiopathic hypertrophic subarctic stenosis. The disease reaches one side of the heart and Raquel has been using a pacemaker for more than twelve years. For many years she has been fighting the disease and for life. Rachel has been hospitalized for a few months at Harefield Hospital in England (where she lives with her husband and daughter) and, a few days ago, received the sad news that she had been withdrawn from the transplant queue after a unanimous decision by the Harefield Hospital. Therefore, she needs to be transferred urgently to Brazil, in a chartered hospital plane, to make the transplant, because in Brazil there are chances! Her husband Wagnelucio already contacted doctors at the Einstein hospital in Sao Paulo and obtained confirmation that her life could be saved if she could get to Brazil and if they could afford the cost of the transplant, which is very high.
With that in mind, we ask for your cooperation in any amount with which you can help! We are running out of time and so Raquel's friends have decided to create an internet campaign to raise funds.
