#BrettStrong No One Fights Alone

As most of you know, my dad was diagnosed with Primary Cardiac Angiosarcoma. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy. His doctors expect he will need a blood transfusion in the near future. 

I have created this page to ask for a helping hand in paying medical expenses not covered by insurance. In addition, my dad requires someone to assist him with everyday activities which has kept my mom out of work. 

My dad (my hero) served his community as a San Diego Police Department Homicide Detective for 25 years. He is currently working as an Investigator for the San Diego County District Attorneys' Office. In addtion, he works for Major League Baseball as a Resident Security Agent. Prior to his Law Enforcement career, dad served in the military as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.

After coming home for the first time in a few years this has been a tough pill to swallow. But, my dad is a fighter, we will fight this cancer with everything we have. Your love and support can only help his battle. 

I would like to give a special thanks to everyone who has shown their love and support by sending us cards, messages, meals and prayers.
