Bring Baby Trump to Pittsburgh and Support the Work of Our Local Women's March Organizers
Hello, Resistance!
Remember the giant Baby Trump balloon that flew over protestors and greeted Trump when he visited London? We have the opportunity to bring THAT Baby Trump to Pittsburgh to fly in diapered splendor over the third annual Women’s March on Washington – Pittsburgh, on January 19th, 2019!
Baby Trump costs roughly $1,500. We've set the goal for $10K, though, because it's also critical that we raise funds to support the work of our own, award-winning Women’s March on Washington - Pittsburgh. The people of Pittsburgh have voted this march "best protest action" two years in a row. Let's show the organizers some love! In recent years, these amazing activists have organized, co-organized, or sponsored an astonishing number of events, including:

Support for “Families Belong Together” March, 2018
“We Love ALL our Neighbors” Vigils for Tree of Life shooting victims, 2018
Racist Mayor Must Go (Arnold, PA), 2018

“Power to the Polls” Women’s March on Washington – Pittsburgh, 2017
Make Your Vote Count: End PA Gerrymandering, 2017
“Stand Against Hate: Vigil for Peace,” 2017
“March for Truth: Pittsburgh says YES to Paris”, 2017
Vigil: Senate Nomination for Attorney General Jeff Sessions, January 30, 2017
Tax March: “Tax Justice is Racial Justice,” 2017
This stalwart group of organizers has educated the community, consulted on organizing, inspired new leaders, and invested enormous time, energy, and resources coordinating public actions and events when we need them. Their work is essential and we need to support it. Permits, sound equipment, stages, port-a-pots, signage and more: these things cost money!
So please help bring Baby Trump to Pittsburgh, and any funds above and beyond Baby T’s expenses will go to your local Women’s March organizers to defray costs and fund future events.
