<div>My name is Amandeep Kaur, I came to Canada in 2020 as an international student, my husband Kulwinder joined me in 2023. Sadly, in 2024, he was diagnosed with a stage 3 brain tumor. Doctors recommended surgery, and we were hopeful it would fully remove the tumor.

<div>The surgery was performed last month, and while it did remove a significant portion, we received heartbreaking news — about 30% of the tumor remains on the left side of his brain. A second surgery is too risky, as it could cost him his life.

<div>Right now, our only hope lies in treatment through medication—but the cost is staggering: $30,000. We are doing everything we can, but we can’t shoulder this burden alone. Your support can give Kulwinder a real chance to heal and continue living the life he deserves. Adding to the challenge, I am currently pregnant and due in June 2025. After eight years of marriage, this is my first pregnancy—a deeply cherished and long-awaited moment. We want nothing more than to bring this baby into the world, but I am unable to work during this time, making the financial strain even heavier.
