Teacher Yvonne has been with us at Ganon Child Development Center since 2011. During that time, she has been a care giver to the children in our toddler, preschool and now twos/ three program. She has helped the faculty and families so much during this time, but now she needs our help.
Saturday, February 28th, she suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage due to a cerebral aneurysm. Because it was caught soon, she was able to have surgery done, but she will be in intensive care for at least three weeks. After that, she will continue to work on getting stronger and hopefully come back to us.
Yvonne not only has a husband, but two young girls to care for, Riley and Yasmin. We are looking for the best way to support her and her family at this time, We hope to raise at least $10,000 to help cover the cost of her hospital stay and additional bills that will come their way. Please donate any amount you can! being a teacher can be hard financially, but having to endure a life-threatening medical nightmare is something that we all want to help with as best we can.
