The heart of Jasmine

Jasmine is a 34 year old mother of 3 who loves her children with all her heart. Everything she does revolves around them. When Jasmine was 13 years old her doctor discovered a heart murmer. She did very well with it until her early twenties when her aorta valve started failing. By the time she was 27 she was having open heart surgery. The surgery was extremely risky due to the fact she also had an aneurysm on her aorta root. Her cardic surgeon did not expect her to make it. The surgery was successful, but complications 2 days later almost killed her. She ended up being life flighted to Salt Lake City where she stayed for 2 weeks. Jasmine fought for her recovery and with the grace of God and His loving mercy she was finally released home. Life had some very interesting turns for Jasmine including a stroke in 2009 and then the doctors said It was amazing that she not only lived through the type of stroke she had but she did not show any residual effects from the stroke. This brings us to where she is today. On Saturday, Feb 28th Jasmine went into cardiac arrest with her two of her children at home. Her 12 year old daughter first tried to contact their dad and was unable to and then called 911. This amazing young lady gave her mother CPR and kept her alive until paramedics got there. He younger brother, 11, was helpful as well. Because of her daughter's efforts to save her mother, Jasmine did not experience any brain damage, well none that has been detected so far. Jasmine's heart is currently functioning at 6% and doctors are trying to determine what needs to be done to save her life. She is asking to see her children and I am determined that they are all there to see her. The expenses are building up quickly and the family could use any help and would be forever grateful.
