My Best friend just adopted her first puppy about six months ago . She was so very excited . We take her to the dog park every day and she absolutely loves going. Last week while she was playing fetch she started to limp. We took her to the vet she was diagnosed with Medial Luxating Patella. This is something she was born with it. Essentially she does not have a kneecap and so her knee will never stay in place and in excruciating pain every time it falls out. My friend is absolutely devastated having to watch her baby limp around and knowing she’s in pain. There is absolutely no way with the income that she has she could possibly afford this surgery and it has broken my heart and I want to try and help her and thought this might be a good platform.
