Keeping my home

I'm writing this story in hopes that this never happens to anyone else. I was helping a friend who I've know for many years only to find out he con me and my children out of everything. He promised with all his heart he would get us back on track, and pay back what he owes us, only to leave us hang out to dry, and never hear from him again. I've made a report and done all I can, by changing all my bank accounts, credit cards. It's my own foolish fault that i even allowed myself to believed that i could even trust him. I've been working as much as possible and going to school two nights a week to better myself, and in hopes to get a better paying job. Feeling like there's no hope left and getting kicked down every time it looks like life is going up. It's just sad that you can't trust people you know for a long time. I'm am swallow my pride to write this out to buy myself time to finish school and hold on to what i can till I'm back on my feet, and pray that karma comes back to get him, which i don't wish any harm, but to do this to me and my family is very upsetting to us. I'm very grateful for the people in my life who stand by my side. Don't think i can ever thank the people in my life enough for everything they have done for my children and I.. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being there for us.. ❤️
