<div>“<em>When I studied computer science, I was often the only girl in the classroom.</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>It was lonely — I didn’t see anyone who looked like me, and I started to think technology wasn’t for me.</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>Years later, as a volunteer at </em><strong><em>Niñas Pro</em></strong><em>, I realized something powerful: </em><strong><em>when girls learn together,</em></strong><em> </em><strong><em>confidence</em></strong><em> </em><strong><em>grows</em></strong><em>. Surrounded by other girls who share their curiosity, they begin to believe they belong — that </em><strong><em>they can lead, build, and create</em></strong><em>.</em>”
</div>
<div>— One of our Directors at Niñas Pro
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That belief drives Niñas Pro, a 100% volunteer-led nonprofit that empowers girls through free, gender-focused technology programs across Chile.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In 2026, we aim to reach <strong>408 girls from three regions of the country</strong>, through our signature programs: Arduino Quest, Arduino Race, Artificial Intelligence, Competitive Programming (Basic &amp; Advanced), and the OCI Intensive.
</div>
<div>These courses teach not only coding and robotics, but teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence — helping every girl discover that technology is also her place.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We teach programming languages like Python and C++, and use tools such as Tinkercad, Google Classroom, and Kahoot! to make learning interactive, fun, and accessible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each program begins with a welcome coffee break that fosters community and connection, and concludes with a graduation ceremony, where every participant receives a certificate, diploma, and a 3D-printed medal made by our volunteers — a symbol of effort, curiosity, and perseverance.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>All donations raised through this campaign will go directly to Niñas Pro Chile</strong>, to fund educational materials, robotics kits, refreshments, and logistics — small details that make a big difference in creating free, empowering learning experiences for girls.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Transparency and Impact</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We believe in being transparent about how donations are used — every contribution supports the essentials that make these experiences possible:
</div>
<div>•	Educational materials
</div>
<div>•	Robotics kits (for Arduino Quest and Arduino Race)
</div>
<div>•	Student and volunteer recognition items (medals, badges, certificates, lanyards, stickers, trophies)
</div>
<div>•	Welcome and graduation coffee breaks for students and mentors
</div>
<div>•	Educational tools and licenses (Certifier, Kahoot, Hootsuite, Capcut)
</div>
<div>•	Visibility and outreach materials for community events and stands.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, these resources make up the foundation of our annual operation — covering the supplies, platforms, and small details that bring each course to life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why This Course Matters</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>International studies confirm that adolescence is the decisive stage when girls form their relationship with science and technology.
</div>
<div>Without early, positive experiences and visible mentorship, many girls turn away from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>•	UNESCO (2019):
</div>
<div>The report Cracking the Code: Girls’ and Women’s Education in STEM highlights that gender differences in math and science confidence begin to appear around age 12 — making intervention before age 18 essential.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>•	AAUW (2020):
</div>
<div>The study Solving the Equation: The Variables for Women’s Success in Engineering and Computing shows that girls with mentors and early STEM experiences are three times more likely to pursue careers in technology.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These findings reflect what we see every year at Niñas Pro:
</div>
<div>When a girl feels <strong>supported, represented, and capable</strong>, technology stops being something distant — it becomes a space for <strong>belonging, creativity, and change.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The future is also programmed from <strong>Chile</strong>.
