<div>That belief drives Niñas Pro, a 100% volunteer-led nonprofit that empowers girls through free, gender-focused technology programs across Chile.
</div>

<div>In 2026, we aim to reach <strong>408 girls from three regions of the country</strong>, through our signature programs: Arduino Quest, Arduino Race, Artificial Intelligence, Competitive Programming (Basic &amp; Advanced), and the OCI Intensive.
</div>
<div>These courses teach not only coding and robotics, but teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence — helping every girl discover that technology is also her place.
</div>

<div>We teach programming languages like Python and C++, and use tools such as Tinkercad, Google Classroom, and Kahoot! to make learning interactive, fun, and accessible.
</div>

<div>Each program begins with a welcome coffee break that fosters community and connection, and concludes with a graduation ceremony, where every participant receives a certificate, diploma, and a 3D-printed medal made by our volunteers — a symbol of effort, curiosity, and perseverance.
