Nina Sambevski-Enqvist MemorialFund

On the 26th September, my son Hunter’s good friend Jack lost his Mum Nina. I hope with your help we can raise money, whether big or small, to show support to be able to ease the financial burden that has been placed upon the family due to this devastating and unexpected loss.
 
Nina Yvonne Sambevski-Enqvist was born in Kiruna, Sweden on the 2nd August 1971, to Yvonne (deceased) & Lars (deceased) and has one brother Johan, who resides in Stockholm, Sweden.
 
Nina met Louis Sambevski in Kiruna in 1994, and moved to Melbourne, Australia in 1996, settling in Newport and later married in 2001. Together they had three children, Jack (15), Ky (13) and Alice (10).
 
Tragically on 26th September 2018, Nina passed away. At the time she passed away, Nina had majority of care for Jack, Ky and Alice, with Lou still involved in their daily lives, and spending time with him over weekends and school holidays.
 
In light of Nina’s passing, Lou has resumed the role of full time parent/carer and will be working, as he had previously, full time upon his return to work.  This has presented a number of challenges, financially and emotionally for all of them. With this said, Lou is facing significant financial burden with funeral costs and then the day to day costs of raising a young family on his own.
 
Nina’s local community has come together to support Lou and the children and would love to be able to give them a helping hand as they grieve, adapt to their change in life circumstances.
