Nikki's Catalytic Converter

On the evening of 12.03.20 the catalytic converter was stolen out of Nikki's Prius.  Unfortunately this is the second time this year that this has happened.  This is her only mode of transportation for herself and her fiancee.  Without their car they are unable to get to their jobs.  Nikki and her fiancee will need ~$1600 to replace the part again and to pay for public transportation to get around until the part is replaced.
