Nigeria in Videos

Nigeria in Videos is an initiative from The Noble Foundation Nigeria and it has garnered some attention on social media.
Documentary series have been hinted at to enough acclaim. However, there are little funds available to fund them and bring them into fruition. Two series are particularly of interest.

1.
'January 15' - a series on the individuals involved in the 1966 coup. It will be 2 seasons long, each with 6 episodes. Season 1, Episode 1: Ahmadu Bello. Episode 2: Tafawa Balewa. 3: Ladoke Akintola. 4: Nwafor Orizu and 5: Okotie-Eboh. Episode 6 will discuss other officers and individuals who lost their lives. The second season will focus on the coup plotters. Using every and all means available to dig up videos, historical documents, interviews, intelligence reports and such, to understand the reasons why the coup was plotted, and how it was acted out. The second season will focus on Episode 1: Kaduna Nzeogwu, 2: Emmanuel Ifeajuna, 3: Adewale Ademoyega etc. The final episode, episode 6, will cap up the entire series with various individuals interviewed. The hope is to get the cooperation and assistance of the Nigerian Federal Government. Watch a teaser here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6mysGoruX8

2.
A second series is 'The Rising Sun' - expected to be 3 seasons with 8 Episodes each. It is aimed to be the most researched and visually captivating compilation of the events of the Nigerian Civil War.

3.
A third series possible will be a 7 seasons, 7 episodes each feature on the history of Nigeria. How the country has shaped from its inception.

Nigeria in Videos is prepared to accomplish any of these tasks, with the help of various governmental, entertainment, and historical bodies, if enough funds can be generated.
Ensure to check @nigeriainvideos on all major social media platforms for more on this developing agency aimed at the preservation and distribution of Nigeria and its peoples, in audiovisual format.

All funds raised up to 200,000 Naira ($500), will be doubled by TNF.

If enough money is not raised, whatever is generated will go towards the acquisition of films - 8, 16, and 35mm film stocks, cassettes, accessing websites that need subscriptions, analog to digital transfer of files and other such jobs.
