This journey called life can sometimes bring us unexpected trials. The Nieto family, Mark, Mari and Faith, are currently in that unexpected place. 2015 has been a difficult year for this wonderful family. While they are very grateful for the blessings in their lives, they are also in a place where they need some relief.
In January 2015, Mark began to experience some health issues that made him unable to work and support his family. In April, those health issues put him in the hospital for a month. Doctors performed countless tests to try to determine the cause of Mark's pain and decline, to no avail. They released him from the hospital. Only ten days later, Mark was admitted to the hospital again. Doctors once again performed countless tests, but this time discovered a tumor in his colon. Surgery was performed and Mark is now at home, on the slow road to recovery. Needless to say, their finances have taken a huge hit from two one-month long stays in the hospital, endless tests and surgery.
