Dear friends and family,
Our cat Niea was admitted to the hospital last night. She is unable to move her back legs and is in severe pain. We do not yet know what is wrong with her, but we are hopeful that through testing we can find out the cause and get her treatment.
It is likely she will need an MRI and, after that, possible surgery.
Kalyn and I are doing everything we can to get her the help she needs, but as you know, these things are very expensive. We are looking at medical bills totaling over $6000 and are struggling to cover the cost of what she needs.
Niea has been in my life for over 13 years. We love her dearly. She is a part of our family and we do not want to lose her. We especially want to make sure we are able to do everything in our power to give her a fighting chance at surviving this.
It would be incredibly painful if we had to say goodbye to her due to financial reasons, and so we are humbly asking for your help. Anything you can contribute to help Niea would be immensely appreciated.
