Nicolo Family House Fire Recovery

On Sunday, June 11, 2017 my sister, Joanne Nicolo and her family experienced a  disaster.   The 4 of them + 3 dogs + 3 cats were getting ready to enjoy a bbq.  For some reason my sister opened the bottom of the grill and saw that the tank had flames?  My brother in law, Mark, yelled for all to get out!  No sooner did the 4 of them and the 3 dogs get out the front door when the tank exploded and ignited the back of the house.  The cats were later retrieved from the basement by a pet rescue and are currently safe in my basement (let me know if you want to adopt).   The house and its contents are a total loss between fire, soot and water damage.   The most important thing is that everyone is safe!    Yes they have insurance and it will be a long process for rebuild.   Many people have asked what they can do so I started this page since they will be moving into an apartment and will need to purchase somethings immediately like mattresses, clothes, shoes etc.     Most of all keep them in your prayers during this stressful time.
