Nick's Journey to a New Kidney

As many of you know, my brother, Nick Tompkins, is in need of a kidney transplant. He has suffered from IgA nephrology for many years and it has now turned into kidney failure. Nick does dialysis four days a week and has had to miss work in order to accommodate this health demand in his life. As time goes on and more medical procedures are demanded of him, the financial burden begins to add up from missing work, paying doctors, wear and tear on the vehicles, etc. I, on behalf of all his family and those who love Nick, am starting this GoFundMe in hopes that anyone who wants to bless Nick in this way has the opportunity to. We know not everyone can donate their kidney to Nick so we wanted to offer this as a tangible way for others to physically extend their love to him. 

As so many of you can attest to, Nick is a joy to everyone who has the privilege of meeting him. He loves fiercely and gives all of himself to make sure others are taken care of. He is a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend but, most importantly, he is a follower of Jesus Christ. He works hard to provide for his family and would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. Nick is cherished, loved, and we want him to know that he has a village surrounding him, Kelsey, and the babies during this hard season. While we all know seasons don't last forever, we can help give the tools to Nick to weather this current storm. 

We love him more than words can describe. However, we also love you, whoever you are reading this. Thank you for loving Nick and thank you for praying for him, for donating your time, your money, and your hearts. Nick, Kelsey, and the rest of his extended family could not endure this trial without you.
