My friend Nick is going to hate me for this, but I don't care. He's not one to ask for handouts, but sometimes the unexpected happens and the help is needed.

Nick raised Mack from birth and has given him the ideal life for a rabbit hunting beagle. Mack slipped two disks in his back which paralyzed him, and required emergency surgery to save any ability to stand/walk/go to the bathroom by himself.
