In memory of Nick Crossland

The Crossland family sincerely thanks you for the incredible outpouring of love and support since the time of Nick's passing on November 25 in Galveston, Texas.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the team at UTMB Galveston treated Nick with the utmost respect and dignity while urgently working to save his life. The various medical teams were incredibly kind and attentive to Sarah and her family, providing dry clothing, food, water and emotional support.

This level of kindness and support during the worst of times will not be forgotten, and Sarah will be creating a fund for donation to the Emergency and Burn Units of UTMB Galveston. This donation, in memory of Nick, will fund clothing and personal care items in hopes of supporting future families at this hospital. This project is very important to Sarah and her family. She hopes to see similar closets in other hospitals in the future.

Once this UTMB closet is fulfilled, Sarah hopes to expand the project to other hospitals. Any additional funds will go to Nora and Josey's educational needs.
