Nick and Jessye Tabachuck

On July 12, 2017 Nicholas, Jessye and their infant son Michael were in their Jeep Cherokee sitting at a red light.  Suddenly and without any warning their car was plowed into from behind by another vehicle.  The at fault driver was texting and did not stop in time.  Jessye and Nicholas felt immediate pain in their low back and neck along with shoulder pain from the seatbelts locking.  Michael was crying.  After hospital visits, rehabilitation, physical therapy and mri's that confirmed Nicholas had multiple herniated discs in his low back and Jessye had multiple herniated disc in her neck,  they found out that the negligent driver who hit them had no insurance.  At least Michael was fine and did not need any significant medical treatment.  However, Nicholas and Jessye are in need of additional medical treatment.  Their financial situation is dire as they could not work for several months after the accident and have gone through  their savings.  Funds for the Tabachucks will greatly assist them in literally and figuratively getting back on their feet.  This is a wonderful young couple who have their whole lives ahead of them.  It is infuriating when cars are on the road WITHOUT INSURANCE.  It is a menace to everyone going about their daily lives.
