Niccoli Franklin Memorial

Hi, I'm Melissa and I am honored to have been Niccoli's scout leader in Cub Scouts. Niccoli was a kind and loving young man who exhibited what a Scout is. He found quiet happiness in life. He naturally had an adventurous side of him that was fun to watch develop as he grew. He was kind to every person he met and was a helpful young man. His cheerful and thoughtful demeanor will be greatly missed in our scout community, in his school, as a friend, brother, son, and grandson.
