Hello, my name is Jesus Ortiz I am 39yrs old. Last week I had a heart attack and found out I have congestive heart failure and my heart is functioning below 15%. I will be needing to have a place maker & defibrillator put in to help strengthen my heart. I will be out of work until I can get the procedure done.
