Hello Everyone,
My name is Stacy Cooper,
In March 2018, my father, Philip Cooper, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. He has been in and out of the hospital, losing weight and receiving chemotherapy to help with the pain and shrinking of the cancer cells, and because of this he has been in and out of work since he has been weak and having troubles. My father has always been a hard worker and dedicated to his job, until this week his job decided to drop his insurance for not coming in for 3 days as he has been having severe side effects of his new treatment called immunotherapy. Also as of this week we have found out the cancer has metastasize to another part of him but he will be treated for that with radiation in time. I am not doing this to get sympathy i am doing this because me and my sibling love our parents and we want to help them get out of this set back. My mother has a job but does not get paid as well as my father does therefore they are falling behind on bills and receiving more medical bills since my father no longer has insurance. We just want them to be financially stable and less stressed out about possibly losing the house, car or cable since my father loves to watch his Equalizer movie 50 times a week (haha)
Those of you who know my father know how funny and opinionated he is and me in my 27 years of life have never ever heard of anything negative being said about him. He loves to joke around, cook and BBQ. He is the greatest person in my life and one of my influencers that I can talk to about anything and I want him to live his life the best he can with less stress. i want those moments to last as long as they can.
