NHS & All Key workers #givingbacktogether
Donation protected
I am an armed forces veteran, I served with the 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards and 1st Military Working Dog Regiment, with in my service career I completed 7 operational tours of duty,
Northern Ireland x3
Bosnia x1
Croatia x1
Afghanistan x2
I was medically discharged due to injuries sustained whist on operations out in Afghanistan.
Since being medically discharged from the services, the NHS have gone over and above to support me in pain management courses, hearing clinics and physiotherapy and psychotherapy sessions.
I am in the process of organising a Black Tie Event to be held at Boiler Shop in Newcastle upon Tyne on the 23rd October 2020.
This venue has a capacity of 400 seated comfortably, my aim is to fill all of these seats.
This event is a massive thank you to the NHS/Key workers , this includes all key workers professions, these are not limited to the following;
Refuge collectors
Postman/women
Teachers
Cleaners
All Emergency services to include the armed forces
Shop Assistants
Clerical Staff
Receptionist
The list is endless.
The event is all about giving back, showing our appreciation to their dedication, courage and selfless commitment within the respective job roles and responsibilities.
On this night they will have the red carpet laid out for them, they will receive the celebrity treatment, Welcome drinks
3 course meal
Wine on the tables
Raffle
Time to let their hair down at the end with little dance to shake all their troubles away.
We have been gifted the venue along with discounts on food and table wine, we would love this event to be free for all NHS/Key Workers to attend, this is only achievable with donations big or small.
I would like to thank you all in advance for supporting this event and giving back to all that gave us in the our time of need.
Many thanks in advance for your generosity.
