NHS Snack boxes (ICU team @ Basildon Hospital)

My name is Leon Harle and my cause is not a new one, but its never been more significant.
I would like to raise money (or collect donations) to buy snack boxes and treats for the team of members of the ICU / ITC departments at Basildon Hospital.
As its been highly publicised, the strain that Covid 19 is currently putting on our ICU departments has never been greater, and the next few weeks are going to be critical.
The incredible efforts the NHS staff are making, and to be fair have been making throughout the pandemic is insomountable.
I know one of these heros (an ICU nurse from Basildon Hospital), and when asked what can we do to help them the feedback was simple. Snacks and refreshments. Staff don't get a "lunch hour", its a case of eating on the move or grabbing a quick bite.
Therefore I would like to raise money to put together snack boxes to deliver to my local ICU department. Depending on the generosity I would like to do this over the next 3 weeks at least.
This was done in the first local down and it was greatly appreciate by the nurses and doctors but I've been told that it hasn't been done much this time around. So I would like to correct this.
It is much more than just a snack I have been told that every act of kindness helps moral with in the team. Knowing that we (the public)care, recognise and appreciate the self sacrifice that each and everyone of them are making. Everyday Heros.
