Stage 4* Cancer treatment cost

Kim (my Mom) found out around Thanksgiving 2014 that she has metastasized Stage 4* colon cancer. The first doctor gave her 1.5 years to live. We found another cancer treatment center that can help her with a better prognosis. Insurance does not cover everything & she has a high deductible. The hospital is far from home & we learned insurance will not cover the entire stay for the duration of her treatments (8 weeks). We've managed many of the payments on our own, but with her 4 kids (2 under 10) it is hard to cover all of it with such short notice. Prescriptions are expensive, etc. she is doing fairly well considering her operations & treatments.. Though she is weak & sick. Kim is still working from home WHILE RECEIVING chemo & radiation in order to pay her own bills.. She doesn't know I'm campaigning for her.. But I feel that if anyone can help so that she can focus on recovering & not worry as much about work for now.. That would be great!
