<div>I’ve recently been diagnosed with rectal cancer. The tumor is 2.75" and has already spread to my liver. Over the next few weeks, I’ll undergo more testing to see if it has reached any other organs. My treatment will begin with chemotherapy and radiation, followed by surgery. Because of the complexity of the procedure, I’ll be referred to UC Davis or San Francisco, where specialists can give me the best chance at beating this. It’s a tough journey, but I’m ready to fight—and I believe I can win.

<div>I’ve been part of the Lake Wildwood community for over 7 years, 5 of them with Public Works in building maintenance. I truly love what I do, the coworkers I get to work alongside, and the wonderful residents I meet every day.
