US Citizen Stranded Abroad

PLEASE HELP US TO EAT

I am a US citizen who winters in Philippines. I am with my pregnant wife and           2yo daughter. My return flight to USA was cancelled in March of 2020. Since that time we have had no income, as I am unable to travel back to the states to work. We are under a strict lock down and can not travel from town to town even let      alone to get to airport.

Our money and food ran out in early May. We are extremely desperate just for      daily needs. Our water we can not even afford to buy is 50 cents for 5 gallons.     We have tapped my resources for every cent we have. I have borrowed where I     can. We are doomed without help.

The US embassy here as well as the worthless congressman in my district do           nothing to aid anyone stranded. I am among many trapped here. Our needs are      for daily living and bills. We have gone weeks without meat just eating bananas      from our tree lemongrass and mangoes. Most important and biggest issue is my  wife is due to C-section our baby in last week of October. Here the hospitals            refuse any help and will literally let a person die in the hallway if you do not
prepay your doctors.

Our house needs desperately food and water, electric, gas (Propane stove tank). Our medical needs are my most urgent expense. the C-section scheduled can be   anywhere from 1500-3000usd depending on what needs be done and if public      or private hospital etc...  We are trying to get set up in a public hospital but if no     travel from this lock down we will have to go to a private in our town.
