Homeless and Disabled Man

I'm trying to help my disabled and homeless friend Terry Trim. Terry has no family to help him. Never married, no children, unemployed. Terry is currently awaiting for his Social Security/ Disability to be approved however, until this happens, I've had Terry staying in a Handicap motel room at $278 a week since June 2017. It's the cheapest we can find around West Columbia, SC for him.
Terry is soon to be 51 years old and has had heart failure for the past two years. This past February, 2017, the day before he was to start a new job, Terry had a stroke and is now paralyzed on his left side. No use of his left hand and drags his left leg. He can walk a little with a cane, but not a walker due to the fact he can't hold onto a walker and drags his leg because of his paralasis. Because of his age, Terry falls into a catagory of not being old enough for our Government programs or assistance at this time. We have filed for Social Security, Medicaid and Disabilty for Terry but he can't even get into the Medical exam until Saturday, October 21st. It will be after January 2018 before he hears about his disability and Social Security which takes 6 months minimum. His paperwork was filed on June 1, 2017 and pending at this time.
Terry is not a candidate for a homeless shelter for multiple reasons due to his issues. Terry can not defend himself and there are also issues with bathroom help.
This money will be used for payment of his weekly motel room rate until he gets approved for permenant Government help and funds so he can be placed into an Assisted Living Facility.
Any donations will be greatly appreciated on behalf of Terry and myself. Terry was an employee of mine about 10 plus years ago and I'm just trying to get him help and a permanent and safe place to live. We were able to get Terry on the SNAP Program (formerly food stamps), but his menu options are limited to sandwiches and microwaveable foods with easy open containers due to his paralyed arm and hand.
Please help Terry. Any unused donations if there are any will be donated to help others. Not a dime will be used for any other purpose.
