2020 relief fund

This year has been a tough one for many.  My husband,  Mark was laid off from his job at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic.  Several months later he got another job but he was not happy at his position in the company and left once he found another job doing what he was happier with.  After 4 weeks at this job, he was told that he was not working up to the capacity and expectations of the company.  They told him that his pay would be cut by $3,50 per hour, or he had the option to resign that day.  He opted to resign that day and became unemployed once again.  He has once again applied for unemployment, which after several weeks we are still waiting to see if he will be approved for.
I myself have continued working through all of this.  Working at a veterinary hospital, we are considered an essential business.  Things have been extremely stressful at work.  I've had to force myself to go to work, despite my worsening anxiety and depression.
In addition to our work issues, we applied in July for a refinance loan with our mortgage company only to be told three months later that there is a second lien on our title and that $42,000.00 has to be paid for this before we can refinance.   The purpose of the refinance was so that we could consolidate some of our debt to make it a little easier for us to afford to pay our monthly bills.
Another issue that has plagued us this year is trying to get our taxes done.  My husband dropped off all of our tax documents to our tax preparer in April, whom we have used for years.   She was going to do our taxes.  After many months of trying to call her office and no one answering the phone or voice-mail full we find out that she was hospitalized after a lengthy illness.  I stopped by her office at the end of October and finally she was there, had our tax documents completed and said that we were on her list of calls to make that day.  That was three weeks ago today.  We are still waiting for our tax refunds for both federal and state.  I have to wonder if she has even filed our taxes.  All this when we need the refunds the most.
With everything going on we are getting behind paying our monthly bills.  We are one month behind on paying our mortgage, soon to be two.  We could really use a helping hand to help us get caught up.  Anything at all would be most appreciated!!!
