I am Lacey, or Leaky Lacey as my foster mom calls me. I am a foster dog from The Almost Home Foundation. I was rescued from a high kill shelter in Kentucky and have been given a second chance at life.
I am the cutest dog ever, with love and kisses to give, and I would love to find my forever home. I have great big ears, lots of energy, and a diaper. Yes, you read correctly, a diaper.
I was born with an ectopic ureter, which means my kidneys are not connected to my bladder properly. I leak everywhere I go, which makes me wonder if that was why my first family got rid of me. There is a surgery that can help me, but it costs $4000.
I have to have the surgery before I can find my forever home. Will you help me?
