Fix "Thumper"

We found "Thumper" this morning in Warner Valley. He came out of the sage brush off the side of the road bleeding and with an apparent broken leg/femur.  He is at Washington Family Vet who are  evaluating his  injuries.    

I'm not sure what the cost involved will be, but if we can get him x-rayed and a pin in his hip he should be like new.

"Thumper" seems very mild mannered and even with his painful injuries let me lift him and carry him to the 4runner and into the vet without trying to bite me.   

Unfortunatley I will not be able to keep thumper at my residence.  But if we can't find the owners I would like to see him placed with someone here.

*so many people have suggested we raise the goal so I'll bump it to $1000.  Any money left over we can donate to a shelter or organization that could use the help. 

*I have not heard from the vet as of yet with any update.
