Newley disabled and need assistance

Hello all,

My name is Mike Burgoyne, I am an Army veteran and as of July 21st, 2020 I have been marked as disabled due to moderate to severe arthritis in both the lumbar and cervical spine leading to spinal stenosis in both locations.  I also have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and have developed fibromyalgia over the rest of the rest of my body.  Due to these conditions, the doctor has put me on a weight restriction of 10 lbs max for life.  I have applied for assistance through DHS, but that is limited even if it is approved.  I have also hired a lawyer to handle my SSI Disability case, but that will take many months to complete.  This condition makes both my daughter Amy and myself disabled.

I am requesting assistance from anyone that can possibly help to pay bills and cover the rent that Amy's SSI can't cover.  We have an immediate need to cover utilities, car insurance, phone and rent.  Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way to relieving the stress that we are both experiencing due to our situation.   We appreciate every cent sent, and we will be sure to pay it forward at our earliest opportunity.
