New Albany Barn Fire Fund
Donation protected
Hello friends, My name is Daren Neff and I am requesting some help on behalf of my parents Ernie and Pat Neff of New Albany Ohio. In the wee hours of the morning on Wednesday, Janurary 28th, their large horse barn caught fire killing two horses and two Labrador Retrievers that were beloved. This tragedy became the major news story in central Ohio that day, captivating the community and left many asking how they could help. My father is retired and other than the money that my mom earns helping to taking care of a elderly alzheimer patient, they are on a fixed income. The insurance policy on the barn will only cover the rebuilding of the structure, not any of the contents. All of the equipment that my father used to maintain his property was lost including his pride and joy, his big green John Deer Tractor. In the winter months he used it to clear snow and the rest of the year could be seen almost daily mowing his grass, or the grass of family and friends free of charge. There are no funds available to replace it or any of the other property lost . If you could find it in your heart to donate, you would be helping those who help others daily. They truely are wonderful people. Thank you for your consideration, and God bless.
