Everything lost in flood

Christine moved back to Montreal after her parents separated, to start a new life; new job, new appartment.  For 2 years, all was good until she found herself alone, no appartment and only a few things.  All seemed good when she found a new place to live on her own this time, although not having much, everything looked promising.  Until...   a city pipe bursting and flooding her whole appartment; everything she acquired is ruined and lost everything again.   This sweet person who always helps others deserves to receive back.  Please help her as this all happened this New Year's Eve and she is still  at a hotel.  Thank you!
