What is Project Kids?
Its he first social project of BE HUMAN Association.
"Kids" aim to improve emotional competence among future generations by creating an Emotional Toolkit for Families that can be used in everyday life.
How did it began?
I wanted to create a new tool that could contain pratical tips from experts (children from around the world) and ludic ativities from famillies to use in everyday life and help their children to develop emotional Skills.
Since 2017 i have been interviewing children from 5-10years old and colecting their tips on how to be more compassionate, to deal with loss, when we are in love, to be more happy and develope sense of purpous.
The added value of this project?
It´s done by family experts: children from 5-10 years old from all over the world and me (psychologist with more then 10 years of experience in implementing Mental Health projects with Doctors without Borders).
If every familie have access to this tool, we will revolutionise parenting and improve self-knowledge, promote better relationships among individuals and increase meaningful interactions with the planet.

More then 14 articles published in "Revista Visão"
More then 10.000 euros of personal investment reached

2. A Documentary compiling all children's tips regarding tolerance, compassion, loos, love and planets first Law!
